ANY USERS LOCATED WITHIN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (“EEA”) ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR PLATFORMS. FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE ROCKED LLC PLATFORMS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USERS LOCATED WITHIN THE EEA.

This is the Privacy Policy for the websites and mobile apps (“Platforms”) operated by Rocked LLC (“Rocked,” “our,” “us,” or “we”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites, use our mobile apps, listen to our live radio stream, view embedded YouTube or Spotify content, read news articles, participate in contests or giveaways, sign up for newsletters, or otherwise interact with us.

Our Platforms are for a general audience, are not targeted to children, and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

We do not require account creation, and we do not collect passwords or payment information on our Platforms.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes absent your consent, except as described in this policy (e.g., prize fulfillment). California residents may request information about our compliance with California Civil Code § 1798.83 by emailing stl@rockedradio.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line. We will respond to one request per customer per year.

9. International Users

Our Platforms are intended for users located in the United States. ANY USERS LOCATED WITHIN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (“EEA”) ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR PLATFORMS.
